Sources behind the ranking
Every score in the ranking is built from public, airline-published evidence. These are the 62 sources it cites, listed per carrier, so anyone can check a score against the document it came from.
Scoring used material published by the airlines and airline groups themselves — sustainability hubs, annual and ESG reports, program and policy pages, and press releases — read as of July 16, 2026 and packaged for publication on July 27, 2026. Nothing here is a third-party rating or an estimate we made on a carrier’s behalf.
Each carrier’s page cites the specific sources behind each of its eight area scores. Source IDs below match the ones shown there.
Links go to the pages as published by each airline. Companies reorganise their own sites, so if one has moved or a program page has been retired, tell us and we will update it.
